And, fun fact: as the Chosen if Lloth Drizzt is basically a step removed from Demi-Godhood lmao

That’s the thing—they already have a core cast that they own. It’s only because of authors like Ed Greenwood having contracts that force WoTC to publish his material and FR books at least once a year that the cast (and anything not super related to FR) really doesn’t see the light of day outside of being (before 5e)…
“How can we evoke the deep lore and epic scale of the Dungeons and Dragons universe in our game trailer?”
The combat system works like this: you have a factor called “Risk”. The lower the risk, the more likely your hits will connect. Also, there is a combo system; the longer the combo, the higher the risk. If you attack an enemy while your risk is high after ending a combo, you are more likely to miss. As you level up,…
Yeah, It was kinda weird. I know that as you use a weapon on a cetain type of mob, it became stronger against that type. So you switch weapons for each monster.
Doing the two most requested features seem like it’ll bring it closer to Wildlands. The AI companion one seems likely since they want to get one of our requests on it seems
Kind of what i expected, crazy right?
You know, it’s great that there’s Muslim American voices in American media right now. It’s great to see strong push back against Muslim sterotyping pre and post-9/11 especially as a Muslim. I always feel alienated by shit like Homeland, Jack Ryan and The Fallen movies where it still feels like it’s stuck in The Bush…
you forgot the big naked angel...
Austin. Bar is Vigilante Gastropub and Games. BBQ was Terry Blacks.
I wish there was K1 around me, that looks awesome.
That sounds awesome!
Not sure if they gave you the bigger ones or not...we weren’t allowed to until we had a certain number of hours behind the wheel, but there are even faster cars they have available than the ones I got to drive.
My bachelor party was me and 2 best friends going to an 80s themed arcade. $5 to get in, all games are free to play.
Everything about that sounded great except for D&B, modern barcades have spoiled me.
Lan parties? Nah, what’s popular now is a full blown Cataan party!
We did a Barbecue feast, followed by a board game marathon in a private room at a local board game themed bar. It was hidden behind a bookshelf and everything. When we wanted a pitcher, a snack from the kitchen, or a another board game from their pretty massive collection, we hit a little buzzer on the wall.
For my bachelor party we got people together to hop around NYC for a weekend and it was a ton of fun (bar hopping, having good meals, hitting up a concert, etc.) but one of the few things I specifically requested was a Halo LAN party at the hotel to try and relive our college days a bit.
I’ve gone to three bachelor parties that consisted of exactly this. It’s a great time.
Yeah I’ve never bought into the whole “get it out of your system with a wild night” philosophy. Not surprised to hear that the trend is dying. I’ve had a few friends that have gone that route with their bachelor party and every one of them regretted it.
