I think "Big Hits" should be rewarded. I think Sacks, # of Tackles, and Int's should be rewarded. Balance is everything when it comes to a training regime. Look at Bolts training program when it comes to sprinting. He isn't just sprinting - he weight training, running..ect ect. You need a multi-level approach to fitness, even it running is your thing.

Great Article. I think if more people understood what a balance workout regime actually meant (weight training/cardio) it would put more emphasis on a healthy lifestyles all around and the positives from that could be endless.
