If the game was cheaper at launch it would have surely taken its criticism better. With that said, this is a step in the right direction. $35 (on steam) is still a bit pricey IMO, but I won’t be averse to picking this up in the near future now.

I don’t think he is shitting on anything. Rebuild doesn’t take away absolutely anything from the original series, and if the rumors are correct it is actually a sequel to that series, which judging by the three movies so far it could give the cast a more “happier” ending.
