I was at this game and I have to say, the sequence of events that occurred were absolutely fucking perplexing to observe as they happened. The whole crowd was completely enthralled as they were watching it, then absolutely dumbfounded as they tried to process what they had just witnessed.

I was WAY into this show as a kid. But you’re right. I can’t remember if it was the 2nd or 3rd season, but they killed off the majority of the main cast, and completely shifted the tone of the show and became virtually unrecognizable.

There’s nothing inherently wrong with the 3-pt shot, and it has certainly made the game more exciting, offensively, as teams have gotten better and better at shooting them.
