I remember one company was doing a 3-4 day of multiplayer if you didn't have a code. That would be a useful thing to catch on to help the renters. I've got much love for them, they're doing it the right way.

Frankly I've never seen the problem with an online pass. When I buy any other item used it has some sort of wear or note of usage. Gamers throwing a fit because their used game has actually been used has always seemed rather foolish to me.

I have a tendency to get depressed when you get to the end of the second book/beginning of the third. I know it's going to end well eventually, but that part just makes me want to slit my wrists.

I'm with you there. Almost any book that I need a dictionary for a fake language to get basic understanding and I'm out.

I like the digital format for comics, I'm just not sold on the price. For the same 3 bucks(sale not included) I can get the actual comic. If they gave me any tangible benefit over the paper comic then I'd be interested, but so far paying the same price for a digital copy of the comic just isn't doing it for me.
