I hated that I had to stop playing due to motion sickness. First and only time I got it too. Contacted the devs about a patch to stop the camera movements when walking / running. They said they'd work on it but they didn't do anything. End up getting a refund on the game.

It's a collectible trading card game. Hearthstone's taking a leaf out of other card games' books and charging for their goods. It's completely understandable. CCG's cost money.
