I'm going to agree with other folks that the main thing is the cut of the arm holes. The way they cut in makes her shoulders look broad and out of proportion. She looks very nice in more open (lower or scoopier) necklines and wider-set sleeves, so I'm not sure why she made this choice.

Neck needs to be lower. Girl has big arms/shoulders like me. Big arms and shoulders plus high neck and no sleeves is just a disaster. It makes you look like everything up there is arm fat, even when it's not.

Not being in the arts industry, I don't know exactly what a "staff artist" responsibilities would be, but 5-10 years of experience seems like a lot for what sounds like a fairly low level job. Anyone with inside knowledge of Lisa Frank or other similar companies care to comment?
