My sister bought a corolla S because the salesman told her it was faster than the other models. While most gearheads will have one of their own, its illegal to go to parts store and have them read obd ports. That is a big strike against the concept presented here.

Like all riding, don’t get comfortable. I got used to riding in the rain (Humboldt county daily rider) and knew the normal braking ability in the rain. Unfortunately that doesn’t take into account oil spills that aren’t easily seen. I should have abided to braking twice as early and avoided a lowside.

I was really pushing the wife towards a Colorado order for our cross country move. Alas she wouldn’t go for it, and good thing as we may not of took delivery in time! Maybe in a couple years.

Like in DC, there used to be districts and they could only charge based on crossing districts and per mile (though some would cross districts to inflate the cost). The 2zz with an auto is so depressing. The shift points don’t line up with the powerband at all. With a manual it is very satisfying to drive, though.
