The 12 Hours of Sebring is not part of the FIA WEC, though the FIA WEC did have a separate 1000 miles of Sebring event.

The reason you did not see the 911 with eyes is because it was just given this livery ahead of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. It usually runs in black and yellow.
