What book (or books) do you feel helped you work more effectively with non-designers?

How do you handle a disagreement between 2 design professionals at Nissan? For example: One designer wants a particular natural material for the driver’s seat and another designer believes a composite material would be more cost effective.

Texas winters are somewhat mild, so when we aren’t experiencing Ice-mageddon (insert year here), I can finally put some miles on my air-cooled baby without sweating in awful places.

Air-cooled safari 911, like my pal* Leh Keen is doing. Taller shocks, skid plates, off-road tires, mud flaps, etc. The only thing I’d have to change is to make it run on some bio-fuel or poop.
