Actually, I use just the one screen. I like to be able to do that so someone else can play xbox or even I can have a tv series playing in the background. It's a great device. ;)

I still have one of the first generation consoles. It is on it's last life span, as I've had it sent in over 4 times. I've had silly glitches and software completely not work so many times. Especially with internet connectivity issues.

The point was that Frank was rude, immediately after it was Bob the supervisor who ruined my day by being completely rude with my problem left unresolved.

They deserved this. I contact Xbox Live all the time, and they make me feel stupid. The moment I know I'm not getting anywhere, I hang up and call again to get a nicer person. Xbox Live is the WORST service because of people like Frank and Bob. So that's why I always hang up on Frank and Bob.
