I've really enjoyed the discussion, I come to it by way of dog training. There was a great post downthread about the need to use a lot of force when using punishers otherwise you have to continue escalating in order for the punishment to be noticed.

I give arnica to my dog after he runs into stuff. We compete in agility so the occasional impact does happen...then there was the time he got kicked by a cow...Poo-poo it all you want, it works for both of us.

I wonder how women would be forced to prove their assault...obviously no one would just take some woman's word that she was raped, that would be crazy.

Probably, though when my grandmother died, no one was sure of her exact age. Smart really, if people are going to discriminate based on age, then eff em i'll just NEVER tell.

Same! hah...I feel a little bit bad about that but have always had the policy of not writing to guys who can't possibly consider women their age. Sometimes I think most men lie about their age because people have written to me claiming to be in their 30s but look more like 60s.

I agree. I've resisted changing the age in the searchable box and then just writing my real age in the text because that seems so pathetic when I read it in men's profiles...but if this inforgraphic is to be believed...

Agreed! Maybe I'm too honest, I always check the box that indicates that I do "drugs" but feel like it's kind of unfair. I'm not shooting heroin, smoking crack or meth. Meh I'm going to stop being honest.

I think it's the fact that people are fed up with stories about how little of the money raised actually goes to research. 24 percent I believe? Coupled with their zealous litigation and protection of their "brand" it's enough to annoy me...

yeah it's funny how guys who moan about the problems of nice guys are generally not that nice. being passive aggressive rather than overtly aggressive, as they seem to wish they could be, is not the definition of nice.

I've never watched the TV show but the radio show he does...did maybe?...on XM was pretty good.
