Good point!
Good point!
I personally can't gin up any outrage over these either. I'm not interested in watching them but they are consenting adults involved in their own scenarios and consenting adults are paying to watch.
To me those seem so much worse, these are not real. Real animals being killed is a whole other level of sickness and should be punishable by death, possibly in a completely non-erotic snuff film, if you ask me...but no one ever does.
I'm not sure that it's a gender thing either. It reminds me of the other night when my roommate came in, I had put away all the dishes AND washed all the dirty ones. As soon as he came in he was like what, you couldn't clean up??
This is exactly why I'm always amazed that people are allowed to procreate willy-nilly.
I have a dog who goes many places with me and this is totally my worst fear as well. I drop him off at my parents before work sometimes and it's really always in the back of my mind...OMG what if I forget. And then what if I forget to be worried...and forget! Ugh, it's a self-perpetuating cycle.
There was a Dateline or 20/20, one of those news magazine TV shows, that showed that sooooo many people just ignore a little kid standing by themselves crying. It was heartbreaking.
"If the animals are treated fairly while they are alive then by all means, eat them."
Meh honestly I go the other way and keep to a mostly vegetarian diet for exactly those reasons — well not mules though I do like all the mules I've ever met. However I do have a dog and he eats a raw and homecooked diet...so it's a quandary. I feel like he eats enough meat that it kind of negates my abstention.
I'm with you. I don't understand how people can read about pregnancy, childbirth and the process of child rearing and still sign up willingly.
Have people always been this grotesquely messed up or has the Internet just made it easier for them to indulge in their depravity? It's freaking constant…
My sister got me a nice bottle opener from some wood store and I have to say I love it. It has a fancy carved handle and a bottle opener on top, very simple and kind of redundant yet wonderful.
"People and women in particular place way too much value on the ability of fashion to 'express' ourselves."
I'm no scientist, and I'm not a personal trainer. I am someone who has found success doing things that are generally agreed upon to be the best ways to make yourself stronger and that means heavy or heavyish weights.
Not to be critical but I feel like this is well-meaning but wrong advice on so many levels.
Hah that's a good analogy!
Wow what a family! Damn economy...
So I think it's arguable that the Confederate flag necessarily denotes racism and bigotry, I could believe someone just really likes the south. Maybe.
This is what I wonder about!
There is a big bright line, a chasm in fact, between torture and humanely raising animals for food. If you consider torturing animals a way to enrich human lives, well I don't know…
