That E30 needs a lighter flywheel. The time between shifts is way too long. Needs more quick and snappy. That's why is prefer the 318is.

You're right, but I did see some great rally drivers in the past who never let their hands go from the 9-3 position. They'd rather twist them up like inspector gadget than having one hand of the wheel apparently. Might have to do with the flappy paddle gearbox/shifter robot I guess.

All of those are considerably faster than what most people drive (those who think a car is only something that brings you to places probably), especially when roads get bendy. Also I wouldn't call an E30 M3 a slow car. In the right hands it still very fast, even for today's standards. In the wrong hands it might end

Like you're going to hijack a plane with shampoo. I accidentally left a Swiss army knife in my bag. Twice actually. Once flying from the isle of Corfu to Amsterdam and again from Berlin Tegel airport. It was right there in the cabin with me all the time. I found out when I got home. Security is a joke.

I said 'reliable', not better. A non-electric MGB GT is still on my list of cars that I want to own even if that might not be very a sensible idea.

I hope they take all the Leyland stuff out and replace it with modern day electronics.

Funny you'd show an image of an E30 next to your rant. I crashed mine into a tree last winter. Snow was early that year and got me by surprise. Winter tires were still in storage and I planned to get them on the car next week. A guy overtakes me on an icy road and for some reason I lift. Running Toyo summer tires

I guess some people would call that luck, although others might refer to it as skill. The Evo driver was going way to fast so I'd say luck this time.

Also, he's driving quite fast for a road full of cars and not running winter tires.

Don't know how reliable these are but a bunch of guys in the Netherlands does electric conversion on MGB's. Since the engine is replaced by a motor with only one moving part it can only be better, right?

Wow. Haven't seen those before. It's like a van, but lower. But what makes these cars not qualify as shooting brakes I wonder.

My car once started rolling (yes, a BMW) slowly when a mechanic dropped it off for me inside a workshop after it got new winter tires and some repairs. He put it on a seemingly flat area close to the counter and didn't bother putting it in first or pulling the e-brake. While I was busy paying the repair bills (a lot,

Make sure you turn your wheels towards the curb when parking on a hill too. If your car would start to roll it will be blocked by the curb.

Open-source fiberglass burns just as well I guess.

A driver so great he could do gear changes with his mind.

Wagons have hinges at the roofline? The problem here is that the rules aren't complete. A wagon can simple not have less or more than 5 doors. Just like a shooting brake can't have 2, 4 or 5.

I'd say shooting brake.

That's like your opinion, man.

PRNDL? Never heard of. My car says 'H'.

Cars has tyre marks. Mostly when you drive off road but that's probably a bug of just unfinished programming. The cars in Cars still aren't near those of iRacing, yet.
