For all the disagreement that exists in the automotive space  all of mankind, I think we can all come together on this one:

You don’t know much about Vegas, only what the media shows you. Many people live there because of the cost of living (no state income tax being a big benefit) and many other reasons that have zero to do with the hospitality industry.

FYI, Brawn is talking about degrees Celsius, which is about 35 ~ 45 in American degrees. Lol.

I listen to AM sports talk radio. Hard to understand why that makes me a bigot (you can, however, make an argument that the Seahawks’ performance on Sunday was vile content).

The comment was unnecessary and purposefully inflammatory, that’s all. There was no need for it in the context of expounding on the subject of

I am very curious to see what happens next with the UAW. If you’re a Toyota, Honda, BMW, etc. employee, I’m not sure how you look at these tentative deals and not at least consider unionizing your plants.

Oh no, it was worse than that, Ford wanted you to believe it was as good as Mercedes. No one gave a shit about BMW in the 70's except the nerdiest of car nerds.

It’s absolutely hideous. I want it SOOOOO bad! I would require a hood ornament replacement, though.  Some sort of a golden, topless Valkyrie with LED breasts.  I would be the KING of the trailer park

Put that sexy thing on some Dayton wires with some white walls and then bitch better have my money!

I’m wagering that a large part of it is simply scalability. I doubt they actually lose $33k every time they sell a truck. The $33k number likely just comes from their revenue minus expenditures divided by number of sales. Meaning, if they sold one additional truck, their expenditure would increase by $80k (or whatever

My dad is on his second Model S, and while he hasn’t reached “stan” level, he is certainly an ardent Tesla fan and supporter. He put a deposit down on a Cybertruck when it was announced, but has grown tired of waiting. In that time he divorced and re-married, with the new wife being a lifelong Jeep nut. So he ordered

Vaoprware continues to be vaporware.

After 15+ years, Jalopnik:

I am not a truck owner and don’t plan to be any time soon. But if I were in the market, I would prefer a larger, less stressed N/A V8 over a highly boosted 6. Don’t get me wrong, I love me a I6 and have owned 4 Jeeps with the 4.0. My argument is that an unstressed engine will probably last longer and be easier to fix.

The buyer failed to purchase the added ‘anti-drop protection plan’ so this is really all on him.

Is that an old Camaro with slicks on it in the background?  And the Police unit there too.  I’d say the rest of the photo is way more exciting than the Corvette.  Despite being the marvel of affordable performance that it is, I still can’t bring myself to liking the looks of the C8.

I wonder what that drivetrain would swap into nicely.  Corvair?  70 Malibu station wagon?

The focus on CEO salaries is probably good for their PR, and definitely taps into the “eat the rich” mentality...but paying them $1 isn’t going to solve the problem.

How long has she been gone from Jalop? This seems like an unhealthy obsession.

and then people are just gonna find ways to defeat it, at some point personal accountability just needs to take over. If they want to decrease their chances of survival then that’s on them.
