CTS-V WAGON owner, expensive Cadillac taillights, that are prone to problems you say? Can confirm.

I have a secret desire for a wide-body Challenger, this might be the time to buy. But I’d have to drive it late at night, where nobody would see me in it.

Could be. Plus I switched jobs and now work three miles from my house in Katy, so my opportunities for seeing more of them are limited to my running around on the weekends. Katy has a good car scene these day., Plenty of exotics out here if that’s your thing, right alongside the beat up landscaper trucks!

Can’t say I’ve ever seen a VW Atlas driving around here in the Houston area. Used to see a fair amount of Toerags, but don’t notice them anymore.  We do see plenty of Cayenne’s though.

Good for them.
I’m hoping to get into a better financial spot this new year (steel business has been rough lately), and possibly ditch my 2014 Jaguar XJR for a nice CT6.  If I can still find a new one available.   They didn’t get the love they deserved before being cancelled.

I was thinking the same thing! Reading along with a “ho-hum just another David Tracy Jeep excursion” attitude, then I saw the line about flying Spirit. He’s really taking big risks this time for sure.

Yes, families actually do need these, and more of us than you would think.

The big question, which was not answered in this write-up, is whether or not the IRS allows for a fold-flat third row, or do we still have to manually remove it for the full cargo area. That has always been Fords biggest selling point against GM, when moving to IRS on the big SUVs. My wife’s Suburban has been the best

Exactly, star for you sir.  The cladding is what kept me from pulling the trigger.   Unfortunately, the Audi wagon coming here will likely be stupid expensive and won’t last long either.

My mom had a turquoise Beretta back when I was in Jr. High. Looking back, it was the the most cheaply built, full of plastic, P.O.S. that I have ever ridden in. We thought it was cool at the time. These really shouldn’t have sold for over $8500 when new, regardless of the special edition package. CP, sir, CP all day

Any of the concept cars from Cadillac.

This is the correct answer, but no.  Houston is the top spot for CTS-V theft right now.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen one of these.

But did you die?

Yessir, it ranks right up there as one of the dumbest things in all of autodom, in my book.

Thank you.

Agree that looks pretty damn stupid. The non T-top version looked better for sure. My grandmother had the similar ‘77 Mercury Cougar and I remember it fondly. Those particular cars went through water pumps like crazy, for some reason.

We need full write-ups on the Red W100 Benz, the Stubby Bug, and the Cummins powered Scout. Please and Thank You.
