It just says Xbox Live, not Xbox Live Gold. That would be kind of outrageous if they put the multiplayer behind a paywall for PC-only players...

According to a dev commenting on Reddit, it only requires a free account, not a subscription. Not a big deal - especially not if it means cross-platform multiplayer.

Xbox Live is free.   Xbox Live Gold costs money.  So you just need to sign up for an account if you don’t have one.

It requires a (free) Xbox Live ACCOUNT, but if previous PC releases are anything to go by it won’t require a paid subscription to Xbox Live Gold.

Just like Morgan Freeman, his lines will always be read in my mind by his voice.

My wife who has never played an RE game still quotes the Merchant from RE4. I always hope he will reappear.

if you run the other game portals THROUGH steam, you can use the steam controller, or any controller as a mouse/keyboard. This is the start of the convoluted way I run jade empire and use a steam controller.

There’s a quote from the Conker Bad Fur Day developers that went something like this, “You know it’s a quality game when the player character puts his hands up against a wall while the player is trying to make them rub their face into it.”

Also, Dog (affectionately named Barkspawn by fans) in Dragon Age: Origins exists in a sort of middle ground for cutscene petting. There is a dialogue option allowing you to pet Dog whenever you want, and there is a brief cutscene of him reacting by happily rolling around. However, there is no animation of you actually

Reminds me of this gem.

Haaaaah! I literally started a thread on the Division 2 reddit requesting that they add the ability to pet dogs. It has been my single most upvoted post to date. But I’m very delighted to see someone cataloguing all of these superior examples of game design. Because any version of a game that lets you pet a dog is
