Yeah, sure, but the whole point of these kinds of devices is to not laboriously run fine-tuned emulators yourself. I’m not even sure if there’s a fan translated ROM for Turbograffix 16, or whether it can be loaded on like a SNES Classic, and the Sega CD and Saturn emulation is finicky. Plus it's still really expensive…
