Also, besides the inability to go 'cold turkey' w/regards to food, when you're trying to eat healthy you really notice how many social activities revolve around food/eating. Not to mention the constant barrage of advertising for fast/convenience foods.

@TheFu: One of the commenters on the linked page brought up the possibility that it was spam coming from a compromised PC, but the email was shilling for that guy's business, so he was confident that it was sent by him intentionally.
