The argument over the hot coffee case wasn't a common sense one. It was that the coffee was being served at unsafe temperatures. Namely hot enough to cause third degree burns.

I only came to say props for Girl Genius.
Barely anyone uses the other term though.
Y'know sometimes it actually isn't an option. I get smoke smell (regular tobacco) drifting into my apartment with annoying regularity because people in the courtyard are smoking. Am I supposed to just leave? It's not so bad when people are just doing it on the street as I can just try and get upwind of them. But what…
You could make a case that it requires physical agility... but it'd be a bit of a stretch.
I'm convinced that they didn't originally plan on launching this year. Everything I've heard about the Xbone makes it sound like they're rushing it out of the gate. I reckon MS were banking on Sony giving them another year to work with.
That argument only really works if the camera/kinect is something everyone wants or needs. Since it's not, it doesn't.
It's not heavy, there's enough actual problems with the Wii U. You don't need to add imaginary ones.
Incorrect. But blanket statements like that usually are.
A skinny guy with little to no muscle isn't badass no matter how many scribbles he has on him. Tattoos can enhance someone's latent baddassery but simply having them doesn't make one a badass.
Most large offices have them. As most everyone has pointed out it's not uncommon. It's especially common in places where employees do a large amount of overtime.
The thing is it's been 7 years since 2006. Most switchers seem to assume Windows hasn't changed in the near decade since they stopped using it when they recount their impressions of it.
How is the Xbox Live Ambassador program related to this one though? Beyond the requirement that you be in the former to gain access to the beta of the latter. Does this actually contribute to your ambassador rewards? Would it help non-ambassadors get into the ambassador program?
Ink is used for inscription, which they added with Wrath of the Lich King. Used for making glyphs.
The worst thing was what happened to Valkyria Chronicles. It wasn't just the fact it jumped to the PSP, it was how it changed the game. While the combat saw some sweeping improvements the game structure suffered. Gone was the focus on story, where every encounter formed a part of it. On the PSP it was just grind grind…
Where do they get off pronouncing basil with a "z" though?
Don't worry, I pronounced it the same way for a while.
Actually with everything running a common architecture now that kind of practice is no longer necessary. Games will be built to a high spec for the PC and then scaled back for their respective console versions. Look at how FFXV is being developed for an example of this.
None of the ones you mentioned are Xbox exclusive though, they're all available for the PC.
This kind of thing just really makes me think that the Xbox One wasn't ready to be launched this year, and that they're rushing it out the gate in response to the PS4. It'd certainly explain how clueless Microsoft seemed when it came to their DRM policies, they just hadn't had the time to figure it all out yet and…
