Except that Bayonetta 2 won't be on a next-gen console. As a matter of fact it'll be on a console that is still gonna be considered behind the current generation.

You could totally run BL2 on a PC with 360 quality parts. Just don't expect it to look any better than the 360 version. You don't HAVE to upgrade to play. It just allows you to unlock all the bells and whistles that make PC gaming worth it.
