Pretty clean. Very nice. Excellent choreography.
One problem is a sort of moral cowardice that has become acceptable in the American public conscience. Over the past thirty years, we’ve become increasingly comfortable with the idea that you can say one thing and do another, and that only your own self-description is what matters in that equation. Or that you can…
Speaking as a former conservative, many people will never actually see nor hear that the video was doctored. It’s surprising how insulated from damaging information you can become if all your news comes from one side of the aisle.
Unfortunately, study after study has shown that it doesn’t even achieve its stated aims. In some cases, it has the exact opposite effect it was supposed to have.
Sorry folks, we did our best. Maybe next time.
There’s actually a similar phenomenon to this in England and some parts of Europe. Their version of “guy who dresses up as blackface and is surprised at negative response” is “guy who dresses up in nazi uniform and is surprised at negative response”.
I still remember the first time I really understood why people like baseball. A friend of mine had recently gotten into it, and given that he was never the sports type for any sport, I figured there was probably something there. And we’re both total nerds, so it had to be something nerdy or intellectual. So I watched…
OH JESUS GOD YES
You know it’s funny, I’m white but I always think the same t thing (with less urgency, I’m sure) : “please don’t be a minority”.
I don’t think a few isolated examples make for a historical trend, but I do think women on the whole would probably do a better job than us. For one thing, there’d be a lot less dick measuring and machismo.

Even in a text of a couple dozen lines, two different translators will put out noticeably different work. It’s statistically impossible that there…
But a fake... can be more real than the real thing...
Not only is it the most important claim in the accusation, it’s the single part of the accusation about which the victim is least likely to be mistaken. If someone you already know does something bad to you, you don’t forget it, and you certainly don’t mistake them for some random person.
I did. So what? At the end of the day the Democratic party lost themselves the fucking election. Don’t blame the people for the terrible job done by those at the top. If they couldn’t sell Mrs. Clinton against a dumpster fire like Trump, whose fault is that? You’re blaming your fellow voters for not being energized by…
At the end of the day, getting their members to vote is the responsibility of the party, and they did a shit job of it. I’d have voted for a half-chewed sock over Trump, but not everybody felt the same. The DNC phoned it in and look what it got us.
Agreed. Imperfect allies are better than none at all. If you’re fighting for something important to you, you take what help you can get.
Uh, the first one. By about a thousandfold.
Well... we’re all in the shit now.
