Used my points to book a round-trip flight to Japan in three weeks, and also pay for 2/3 of the hotel stays. If you’re patient and save up frequent flyer points, with this card or another, it’s quite feasible for even people of modest means to travel abroad every few years.

It’s all part of the same problem. Part of society’s self-regulation mechanism is to push back on ideas that are considered unacceptable. Certainly Trump has had a lot to do with normalizing the idea of violence against one’s political foes, but Griffin isn’t blameless either. Once society stops pushing back, the

You always gotta remember, it doesn’t matter what the other side did, or does. Their bad behavior is irrelevant. The only question that should concern you is, what are you going to do?

This is an atrocity against democracy. Regardless of your political leanings, violence has no place in a democratic government.

as one magazine put it when metroid prime came out: “Metroid Prime is like the Game of the Year from five years in the future.” It also solved many problems of third person platforming that had plagued the genre to that point. It was ridiculously ahead of the curve at that time.

Oh, I see. I think we’re arguing different points. I agree that 5 had poor single-player content, and a more limited roster. But, as a fighting game, I think it’s markedly better than any previous game in the series. The meter attacks and ultimates were very well thought out and implemented, which was my biggest

Pretty sure 3 and 4 killed soul cal. 5 was an amazingly good game, but by then, the damage was done.

Actually I’m very much in favor of that law. It provides the absolute minimum amount of leeway for governmental abuse. Many court cases have been brought in an attempt to prosecute people for a variety of “attempts to incite violence” that we don’t currently allow for, including in books, rap music, movies, and so

I’m a software developer by trade, and at the end of the day everyone at my job wants our customers to be happy. It’s important that they tell us, though, what they do and don’t like. I wince whenever I see someone advising others to just shut up and accept what they’re offered; we would never want our customers to do

Like... I keep... trying... to make this... clear...

Video games are software, and with software delays are the rule, not the exception.

So, don’t get me wrong. I see where you’re coming from. But, it may not be as snarky as it seems. I’ve played a crap-load of competitive Magic. One thing you may not know is, when you have a repeatable effect, you are required to assign a number to the amount of times you wish to do it. In this case, you may say,

I’m confused, what alternate method would you use in describing to your opponent what you’re doing?

I always find these comments interesting, because I find Smash harder to play at a high level than any other fighting game I’ve played (Tekken, SC, SFIV, etc). I find smash’s aerial and combo game harder to do well at than any facet of any other fighting game.

We went to see Cirque due Soleil recently, and I remember being impressed at how dangerous a lot of the acts were, and how very skilled and professional the performers were. And how brave.

One problem is, compared to planes, bullet trains are slooooooooow. Like, less than half as fast.

Difficult to say. The ending to 3 made a lot of waves, but how many people liked it vs disliked it? The original ending didn’t bother me, but I agree that the revised endings are better on the whole.

Poor Bioware. They work harder than any developer I’ve seen in 25 years, constantly bending over backward to please their customers, and most of the time, all they get is shit for it.

I suspect it’s because women have a lot more to lose than we do under Trump. Therefore, any support for Trump from women is more difficult to understand, and by extension more interesting to talk about.
