One of zarya’s strengths v. winston is that winston’s head is giant and hers is tiny. Same for the rest of her model. So I’m not sure you gain more than you lose with a standardized hitbox.

Unfortunately it’s not standardized. Characters with large heads have a correspondingly larger head hitbox.
