While I do agree that this is an awesome story, it did make me a little sad. Not the usual "I'll never get to do that" kind of sad but in the "one more reason why capitalism fails" sort of way.
@compOsvt: The Austin 'plant was actually available in 849cc, 850cc, 998cc, 1275cc, and then I believe you could even get a 1340cc somewhere near the end of the run.
