I was just making a point. I don't actually have to buy new accessories because I don't have any accessories that aren't wireless. The only thing I use a cable for is charging. The worst thing about the switch, for me, is that now I must carry two cables. One for my iPad and one for my phone.

So what do you suggest? That I switch to Android, and then what? I have to buy all new accessories that work with that connector...At least when I get the iPhone 5 it will have a good connector.
