Yes, the scroll bar is just like it is on an iPhone/iPad. Start the video at 25 seconds and watch the scroll bar when he starts touching the screen. It almost fades all the way out because he wasn't touching the track pad.

Well if it truly is the same as the iPhone scroll bar there will be no more using the scroll bar to get back to the top of the page, or getting to the bottom faster. You will be forced to scroll down the entire page.
