This isn’t uncommon for asphalt companies. I ran a detail shop for about a decade and one of our best customers was Duval Asphalt. Anytime they damaged a car they would send the owner directly to us and settle a monthly invoice with no questions asked. I think it was considered part of the cost of operation.

I find them easier to stomach if you watch their videos with a look of pure disgust on your face. Something akin to having shit smeared on your upper lip, right under your nose.
