I used this app for a long time and it's one of the few apps that I really long for since I moved to Windows for my primary OS. Any idea of a Windows equivalent?

Can confirm, switched out micro-USB cables on my car USB charger. Went from 400 to 850 mA. Funny thing is, the better cable was half the price....
