Aw, no mention of Basil Poledouris’s legendary score for the film? It practically makes the movie. Conan’s prayer to Crom intercut with Thulsa Doom and his riders closing in as the sweeping music plays always gets to me.
No, you want propaganda. A reporter’s job is not to state the “benefits of NFTs.” Their job is to report the truth. And the truth of the matter is, there are no uses for NFTs that are not better handled than the way things are.
And if they ever contribute anything of value, bring anything (as you put it), or are no longer the environmental disaster they've shown themselves to be, then there might be something positive to report. Until then, though... When someone shows you who they are, believe them. NFTs have shown us what they are. Believe…
sometimes the truth does not require balance or nuance. nfts are horseshit. there’s not really two sides to it. my condolences for your sunk costs if you’ve invested in them.
I’m just saying it would be nice to see maybe one single article that articulates what NFT’s actually represent and what they can bring and contribute to in the future.
That's because sometimes there aren't two sides to a story. In this case NFT's are a scam and printing stories that suggests they aren't is doing a disservice to the people reading the story.
They represent nothing (quite literally, in fact; they represent nothing tangible), and contribute nothing to the future.
Don’t mind me, I’m just rolling around in all this sweet, sweet money I get for negging on NFTs, paid by... paid by... um... you know... the anti-NFT lobby!
ahh because YOU don’t like it, that means everyone that does must lack taste. Yet here you are, commenting on something you don’t like, can’t be any more tasteless than that.
Because she wants to hide the fact that she’s in an extremist cult from people who don’t know it.
I have been serving process papers and subpoenas for years. I am hired by lawyers, not the clients. Never once have I communicated with a client about anything, including the manner in which the documents are delivered.
It’s entirely possible she was ducking and the process server had tried in the past to get to her in a less high profile moment. She could be the asshole here.
Also, I’m feeling an attitude of ‘how dare he go after her for custody’. Since they weren’t married, they may not have had a formal agreement filed with the…
Clients generally have ZERO input or interest in how papers are served. The fact that anything is being made of this at all to make Sudeikis look bad is pretty despicable.
I don’t think clients have much input in how or when papers are served. Attorneys hire process servers to take care of that, and unless the person may be hard to locate or may be evading service, or the client otherwise has specific info on where they might be, they will not be very involved. The process server is…
It’s NOT bullshit. I’ve worked with process servers in the past. The stuff you see on tv about them doing whatever it takes to serve papers is basically true. They will dress up as delivery guys, pretend to be clients, raging fans, etc. to get the job done. Sudeikis would have no say on the matter regarding that. That…
This is a smart way to serve papers. Wilde couldn’t hide behind a closed door to avoid getting them, it’s in public so she’d be much less likely to be confrontational, and she can’t say she never received the papers. I’m sure Sudeikis had nothing to do with the timing.
Um….of course he had no idea how the documents were doing to be delivered. Are you honestly tying to imply that he somehow had something to do with her getting it delivered to her on stage?
