I would love to see the World Cup moved out of Qatar.

That’s a good start. It would also be nice to see them cancel races in countries like Saudi Arabia. I’m not going to hold my breath on that one.

Sweet, I get to use this again.

“Holland” isn’t a country, it’s the term used to describe the combined provinces of “North-“ and “South Holland”; which are two of the twelve provinces that make up the “Netherlands” (which is the name of the country). Here is the flag for “North Holland”:

Different Haas.

That’s a good start... Now keep going.

I doubt Mazepin would drive the car, but nothing of value would be lost...

Paint it light blue and yellow for the test sessions.  F1 probably won’t like it but what the hey.

This is probably a good time to point out that a few years ago Dimitry Mazepin was reported to be very interested in aquiring the chemical industry in the Odessa region.

There was only one Haas car on track shared between the two drivers. In Pre-season testing, each team is only allowed to run one car as a cost saving measure and to keep the track clean of traffic.

They’re a web company. Their website is the entirety of what they offer. Not handling the load from an expensive ad isn’t a good thing. Not giving credit to the people who designed the ad is another not good thing.

Only a crypto bro would think otherwise.

The Snyder Cult really doesn’t have any sense of media literacy...

Narrator: “but it still wasn’t an entertaining ending.

No, it’s an accurate description of what happened.

There was no excitement if you actually understood anything about racing. The final lap’s outcome was as forgone a conclusion as if it had ended under yellow.

“Making excitement” by breaking rules is bad for sport and sets an awful precedent. No one wanted to see a race end under yellow and the only way to RIGHTFULLY avoid that was to let them go green with no unlapping meaning Verstappen would have had to pass all the back markers like Hamilton did. Had Verstappen pulled

I mean, lets see.
Allowed to advance past 5 cars that Lewis had to work to pass.
Allowed to have fresh tires when Lewis did not.

So, what do you call that? Putting Max, with fresh tires, directly behind Lewis on old tires.

The race director’s job is to enforce the decisions of the stewards, and make sure the race is conducted safely. “Having an exciting finish” doesn’t enter into it.

You could avoid a lot of ‘boring’ endings in sports if you changed the rules as you go.

This is, on paper, the right move, well done for once, FIA. Buuuuuuuuuuuutt, we’ll also see how it actually plays out.
