I came to the comments hoping someone would have brought these guys up.

It's a Formula Nippon 3.4l V8 with the stock Prius hybrid system and the bigger battery pack from the Prius Alpha/Prius V. Around 300hp to comply with the GT300 rules.

Here in the UK, fake Klipsch S4's are incredibly common. I think most people would be hard pressed to tell the difference in looks, but the real ones sounded much better. Just a warning in case anyone sees them advertised anywhere for much less than this and thinks they'll save a few bucks.

I can confirm this. Here's a picture of a beat up 996 Cabriolet that parked next to me at work. I had to crawl in from the passenger side. Almost empty car park at the time, I might add.
