true. I think the speed limit is bit crazy, but 60 is also crazy. I think 40 would suffice, so that there isn't as much noise being produced, but you can also stop pretty easily when you see an old person slowly creeping across the road 1/8th of a mile down. Plus, with that many lanes, you don't have to be going fast…
Just because you have projector beam headlights, that doesn't mean you can't have halogen bulbs.... albeit the projector beams do cut off the light from blinding people because of the cut off, so if you ever want to upgrade to some HID's then yes, they're much better than normal reflector headlights that splash light…
