This is true, of course, but the reason it's worth discussing re: Hardwick, Mira and Ray is they are genuinely pro-women dudes with progressive views, and it is really pretty much only in their lazy humor moments and their networking/Hollywood gladhanding that they let those ideas down.

I love cardio dance to bits regardless of how good at them I am, am the proud owner of an ungodly amount of zumba/10 minute workout/Shaun T/Just Dance game (every.single.one.) et al DVDs, and am very tolerant of repetitive and and so-so workouts while patient with the hard/too-fast/flaily ones.
