Heh, I'm home for Thanksgiving, and my dad and I came across the tail end of her performance; he was startled, was all 'what the....'.

@hamburgerhotdog: She writes her own music, and is a very strong singer and piano player. Whether you like her or not, that's not "Creative by Proxy".

OMG WANT TO NOM ON THEM LITTLE LEGS SO CUUUUTE!!!!*SQUISHES!!!!*

@rixatrix: You have taste! John Leuizamo is a wonderful creature who should be in more movies.

@Dorilys: To wait for your one true love/stalking target?

@hannahanloveyoulongtime: I agree, it should be taken for what it is, to an extent! I mock the books, but if this movie had been deemed entertaining, I so would have been there.

@swat1227: Isn't it fabulous how loathing and disgust can bring out the best writing in critics? The abhorrence, it *drips* from these words.

Why, I feel the same way about this movie as I did about Revenge of the Sith: The Geek in me Weeps. I saw Sith with serious Star Wars nerds, and my honest opinion was not so welcome at the end.

@elysium_kitschen: How very sad that is! Men can write all the romantic comedies they want, and yet women: supposedly we fail at writing action. Feh.

@Evie Havok: *laughs* Okay, so there IS a "So Whatevs"! Good point!

@candleflame: Hmmm, that may have been part of it, although I do believe that 'no reliable birth control, so if I control a woman's sexual behavior that insures the kid is mine' is a much bigger reason for monogamy.

@BeckySharper: Seems heavily, hilariously simplified. I think the average Jezebel stance is a much more informed 'this is a common ailment and don't let people sex-shame you into thinking having it makes you some sort of horrible slut'.
