@Odin: *hands you a drink*

@Outkastprince: I'd try to get into what's behind my sarcasm - why women get into porn and prostitution, where the two professions are the same but very different, and just the general hilarious/ridiculous simplicity of "young girls just look for the easy way out these days" - but the quality of your general

@Spamps, a shining star: That's most likely because she's had massive plastic surgery done, perhaps fairly recently? That's not a judgment, but it is how it is in the porn industry, especially with names companies are trying to turn into draws. #alexisraven

@Outkastprince: Because young women in the history of the world have rarely sold their bodies as a way out, so true. It's all the chicks these days, mo' money mo' money, the lazy hos.

@ChaosProxy: Mmmm, I'd like to disagree with you on that score as being too blanket a statement - Wii, I can see it.

@vulcanized: There are Snuggie Pub Crawls?!?

@curiousgeorgiana: Oh, I'm so sorry, lovely. It's true - our minds are a powerful thing, and sometimes it shuts down certain experiences until, perhaps, we're ready to deal with them. What you say about those we love and trust is so very true. #madmen

@Ri_L: So it appears! I was told by someone that the same actor has played Henry the VIII for 6 years, maybe he's been there even longer? But I can see why, he was delightful.

@Lymed: Just for kicks I tested this on another site(Lifehacker), and I do appear to be still-starred. Maybe that's just for newer stars? Seems unfair, tho'! #commenting

@32ndnote: I'm glad I'm not the only one whose mind went all sorts of wrong places.

@Gweedle: I could see this!

Went to the MD one this last weekend all dressed up, and while there was a fun in-character come-on from the king when we took a picture with him(I mean, he IS supposed to be Henry the VIII), there was nothing harrassment-y happening. I didn't feel at all uncomfortable, and I did have some boob-age going on.

@Ms Meghan: *nod nod* That's exactly why I said it - because I think Nip/Tuck is also populated by these characters, but it's a darker show, so it worked better for me?

I know this conversation has been around for a bit, but, I think this article makes a good point - it's a depiction issue on Glee. Yes yes, the men are also imperfect. But the show very clearly handles their imperfections differently. They're dumb, or clueless. But the scheming of the female characters is

@MissyMcCLung: Hmm, but I think the article makes the point well that the men are vapid are dumb, but they aren't so pointedly SCHEMING. Will has done some incredibly questionable things, but they aren't highlighted as evil and manipulative like what Terri and Quinn are doing is - they're just funny. #jenniferanistont

@7states: Hmmm, I read that differently. I thought she was commenting on the backlash, pointing out that while she understands why it exists, she also personally things Megan Fox is cool.

@Svenskasweetie: Another life-long Michigander(Detroit 'burbs); I've never used anything else! However, I guess if you were to put those two to a poll like Little Time Bomb mentions, people would probably choose the less goofy option, i.e. Michiganian. #khloekardashian
