Sadly, that never happened, canonically. Localizers arbitrarily changed Mega Man’s dialogue in this scene, for some reason, while in the original script Mega Man merely said, “.....” to Wily’s claim that MM couldn’t hurt him because he’s a human. Mega Man is probably more of a sad robot than Solemn Simulacrum, though,
