I agree. But if it mattered that much to him (which clearly it did because he got a lawyer involved after the fact) and EA chose to ignore him. Go ahead. Sue for damages while you’re at it. That’s more American right?

I get that, but wouldn’t this have been a COMPLETE non issue had he just privately contacted them and asked to be removed from the game. He was asking for the attention by publicly calling them out and insulting them.

But he wasn’t harassed before he called them out in a public and unprofessional matter. Having his twitter handle in the game would have caused him zero grief, especially because the fake tweets were so bland and uneventful. I’d understand if the fake tweet spouted hate speech, but it was an incredibly innocent tweet.

After reading his other more recent tweets... The guy is blowing this entirely out of proportion. They didn’t use his avatar or anything, they used his name. Guess there is only one Calvin Wong in the world...

I feel like lag is a major factor in this. You have no idea how many times I ran over a crest, didn’t actually pick it up. Turn around, only to be shot before I have the chance to get back to it. It’s incredibly frustrating.
