For a second I was thinking about how weird things were in the 80's. Then I realized that is a 2012 Mustang.

Porsche estimates that 70% of all 911 GT3's have been tracked before. However that estimate was made before the 991 was released and it was flappy paddle only. It will be interesting to see how that percentage holds up.

That's really any used car dealer you go to.

Amazing camera work and gorgeous shots and emotion conveyed. However, as an advert it is complete and utter shit. All it says is that there is a big four door car with a T on the front of it that can drive on some sand.

Shooting brake and wagon are two different things. Can't be both.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say #1 doesn't have anywhere near 365hp.

Those antennas report directly back to Weissach.

I love cars because they are fun and satisfying to drive, look at, and work on. Also the people associated with them are fantastic for the most part (excluding the hella-flush guys).

What would you guys reccomend for a cheap iphone mount to endure the forces of autocross with little to no drama or shaking?

Serious question: is SRT sponsoring these posts? Because it is getting a bit ridiculous.

Why does Jalopnik keep jumping up on SRT's junk for this car? Seems like there are 15 posts about it a day tarting it up to be better than any car ever built in the world in history.

I rode in a supercharged BRZ at an autocross. I've never been in a stock one for comparison, but from what I felt the power was more than adequate, and the handling was absolutely superb.

Excellent driving. While he was going backwards he realized steering into the skid works in reverse. If he would have held the wheel left the whole time he would have been right into the wall!

I'm talking specifically about the first generation Miata. I honestly have no attraction at all to the NB or NC, but the NA is one of my favorite cars on the planet.

If you can do the work yourself, I guess repair costs will be the same. Replacement parts are cheaper for a Miata though. And also the support community for the Miata is gigantic and there is not one project no matter how big or small that hasn't been covered at least five times with in depth "how-to" tutorials.

Interesting you say that. I was very close to buying an E36, but reliability, insurance, and repair costs scared me off.

It isn't so much the car itself, it's a combination of the car and the price.

Yes. ;(

Maybe. I only have experience with the Miata and parts are dirt cheap. Need a new clutch kit? $100. Need a new radiator? $75. New timing belt, water pump, seals, gaskets and accessories? $200. New suspension? $200. The list goes on.
