Transgender issues are a relatively new thing in terms of widespread public discourse. Of course it’s worthy of argument. Because otherwise you’re just saying, “this is how you should think, because I’m right and your way of thinking is old, outdated, and irrelevant.” That’s not going to convince many people.

Even as a liberal, my jimmies remain firmly unrustled by his statements. In fact, rather controversially in today’s political environment, I think his commentary is mostly fair once you subtract the typical Clarkson hyperbole.

It would be hard to tell for sure now that very few cars still on the road came with only two brake lights. But I think the third brake light is still inherently valuable because at night, it’s the only brake light that goes from completely off to on. I see at least 3 damaged panels and a partially ripped off rear spoiler. Not quite “spared” but definitely impressive, especially considering it’s up off the ground like that. You’d think parts of the building would have damaged it even more.

I don't know what car bryan40oop was talking about that has a heavy clutch, but the heaviest clutch I've driven was my Audi, and I drove it in bumper-to-bumper traffic at least once, on accident. It was pretty miserable. My automatic Grand Prix is far more enjoyable in that case.

There's a huge difference between slowly drifting through an intersection in the snow and a smoky burnout on dry pavement. Things can go wrong much more quickly with the burnout. If something started to go wrong mid-drift here, he wouldn't have stayed on the throttle and probably could have stopped or at least missed…
