Nah, Bloodborne is still Sony exclusive. Nioh is Team Ninja (Now owned by Microsoft) and KoeiTecmo, that was a timed exclusive I think, but is now on PC :)

Sony is anti cross plat with Xbox mostly. They do Cross play with FFXIV and Rocket League (Those are the two outstanding ones that come to mind). But as Archronos said, they probably paid for this exclusivity kind of like how Xbox paid for PUBG.
