I do think it looks fun as well. I’m still hoping they’ll try a stab at a classic rainbow six style game again (Rainbow Six 3 specifically). Hell, even an x-com style game would be pretty cool.

I reminisce why I never play Smash Ultimate unless I have friends over, whereas I used to play a lot of Melee single player way back when. I’m not sure if the non “vs. mode” content is actually better, or if it was because smash was relatively new and I was very young.

That looks like it’s just an artifact of Screen Space Reflection being incorrect when she moves in front of the mirror.

Pets will always need to eat, but physical games are disappearing.

I just don’t really get why this game exists. It looks like an island version of the Division with gameplay mechanics stuck in limbo between Third Person Shooter and mmo-lite. Hopefully they reboot the franchise again next time around. 

The use of blockchain here is useful, but really only for Facebook, and not the end user. 

I think a lightsaber game that doubled down on the Sekiro combat formula would really work. It’s all about breaking postures, so most enemies have only 1 HP, and bosses would only have 2/3.

I’m all for moving away from the cliched russians, and stereotyped south americans as the “big enemy,” but I really don’t think zombies is an improvement at all. This means we are going to have some stupid alien story, or the zombies are the result of some rich white bond villain’s pharma group doing bad things again.

The katanas and prosthetics were stupid. Eventually DICE/EA also realized it was stupid, and removed them. I’m having a blast with the game right now. Just wish there more more maps. Grand operations as of right now are a bit unpolished too.

I don’t really understand though. The ESRB doesn’t really have any power over online stores does it?

Yeah, seems like they changed the lore without having to refactor and rewrite a bunch of code that isn’t publicly visible.

Unpopular opinion: I think *Souls and Bloodborne are best played solo+offline.
