As someone who really used to love the show in its high time I gotta say...please let it die, already...

Certainly won't :) maybe it looks better in moving pictures anyway.

The Avengers is probably the film I'm looking forward to the most in the last 5 or more years...but...I really do not like Cap's new suit :(

Leela? I'd hit that.

I'd really like to see Thor and Loki team up. I think they should hardly ever kill a villain for good in the Marvel films, the comics hardly ever do that either. I don't get why a movie always has to end with the bad guy dying. He has to lose, yes, but there are so many ways of doing that.

Shocking how few voted "neither". People seem to need reason to get pissed at stuff.

That's exactly why I asked! I hope the other two posters see that.

How much of that is suit and how much is his muscles?

That's terrifyingly funny!

Exactly. Sometimes, I find it just shows in the atmosphere of a film where it is filmed and if they actually shot the majority there. That may only be noticeable to people very familiar to the place but in best case it just feels right. Early Shyamalan films for Philly for example.

So that's how a mix of Shaft and Blade Runner would sound, interesting.

Having been both to Glasgow and Philly, I can not imagine how the former can stand in for the latter, but hey...

I know right? And since the internet opinion on all things Lucas post-1999 is "FAIL!!1!", I enjoy being against it sooo much ;)

Agreed on most points, I am just not so sure the studios agree.

No biggie, on all accounts.

Hear hear!

and yet, none of them are ugly, hehe. some stereotypes do remain ;)

I know they are. That's why I want the prequel to concentrate on his new life. I'd be okay with a flashback or Indy/Bond-esque pre-credits adventure in the past, but not half the film. No suspense.

I really enjoyed Cap Am, but I think they should let the past go and explore Cap's new life in the present now, because I doubt there will be much time for that in the Avengers.

It's like the guy from Fanboys who predicts in 1998 that JarJar will be the next big thing and gets a tattoo :D
