I don't mind sharing the road with cyclists who actually respect the laws that govern people who use the roads.

@StuckOnRepeat: "I appreciate being corrected when I'm wrong but the once will do!"

@borax99001: "blatantly illegal acts" You mean like imprisoning a man on trumped up rape charges because you can't touch him for what you really want to do? Or do you mean MasterCard and Visa seizing his funds (aka in my book as theft)?

I had strabismus as a child (which was detected late) and thus have mild-moderate amblyopia now (the brain that is supplied with input from my left eye developed abnormally and somewhat independently from the brain supplied with input from my right eye).

@CaptainCone: The further discussion was in a comment above yours.

The governments and multinationals of the world need to learn that the level of privacy they provide their citizens is essentially the level that they get. Security through obscurity doesn't work. The problem is they want to spy on us, but don't want us to spy on them.

@buff_man: He doesn't have to disapear. He simply has to commit suicide in jail whilst awaiting trial.

Not that the guy was not a douche... but to characterize MSK as a poor cancer hospital helping the most sick of our society is incorrect. If you got the $, MSK will lick your ass and provide you the best care possible. If you have Medicaid, good luck, sucker. MSK is for the rich folks with the big C. Not for the poors.

@photogrrrl314: Technically "Git!" (As in get out of here, shortened and with a hick accent).

@Lana Leigh loves Meryl Streep: No its not.... that is a non-binding indication of your wishes (in the US at least). You need to talk with your legal next of kin and make sure they will agree to it. If they won't, write a living will and state who is to be your medical decision-maker should you become unable to decide

@chrisdag: People in times of great stress often mistake the intent or motivations of those they interact with.

@Nadezhda_Anatov: Well I am an emergency physician and your relative is FULL OF SHIT. Or perhaps simply quoting an oft repeated URBAN MYTH.

@Green Goth Brit Chick - Missing MizJenkins: Which is why everyone should also ensure that if their next of kin is estranged or not someone you want making decisions for you, you should also create a living will.

I have eczema. I also shower daily or sometimes twice a day year round. However I take the extra step of using a good emollient on my skin after every shower (regardless of the season) which keeps my eczema from flaring the vast majority of the time. On the occasions when it does flare the trick is to start a low

Her parents should be congratulating themselves for raising a smart, resourceful, and quick thinking daughter who takes shit off of no one.
