What's the difference between a Parkway, Expressway, Highway, Turnpike etc?

The only place in the Universe that a MX-5 is known as a Miata is the Good Ol' US of A. In deferance to your global readership please can you use the correct designation for the car by it's country of origin.

It should be noted that "F**kn' Cockheads" is used , colloquially, as a term of endearment. Not to be confused with "F**kn' Cocksucker".
