its hard to say right now, the game needs a TON of optimization I am on a 680gtx...one of the best cards out there but I cant max AA right now and when it rains my FPS tanks that being said I was playing this game with my budget video card from 2009 also (just not in dx11 since it wasnt a dx11 card)

it isn't a bad idea for the xbox at all, what is bad though is the environment on the xbox created a need for such a thing due to its shitty policies. on steam this feature isn't being implemented due to soften the blow of shitty policies and drm, it is simply helping to fix one of they inherent issues that comes…

I fully realize this...but why do i need to go though these steps anyways? Thats the issue...yes I can..but why do I have to, what are you offering me that is a positive to this whole setup...If I have to go though the effort I do on steam to play on XBO..why do I not just play on steam?

Also I was out of my internet for a week just a few weeks ago, I played a ton of stuff on steam, could i download anything? no but I could play what was already installed.

Easy, I have the option of going that route or not on the PS4, and even then i mostly PC game, know why used games and game trading doesnt matter for me on pc?

The initial boot up on win8 is VASTLY faster then win7. Made a bit of a vid comparison...granted this isnt 100% fair since the win7 install was old and bloated but gives you an idea.

LEDs run insaely cool, I can and have touched LEDs with my bare hand while still on, the heat they would add to a console would be negligible, esp on the outside of the case. imagine all the gamer PCs with lighting on the inside of the case..it does nothing to running temp.
