@Omnimon: I agree about the eidolons. It would've been cool at least to have the Eidolons controlled by the summoner & the other teamates fighting along side the eidolon. It's been a while, but I think in XII you can summon as well as have the other teamates fight along with the summons. I could be wrong.
@Omnimon: The final boss, had this one attack that killed 2 of my characters or close to death in one shot from what I remember and he did it probably ever 5 minutes (I think this was his sword form, and his sword form would just fall on top of us). @Omnimon: No. I did walked around and grind until the level cap. Which forced me to play the final boss. Beating the final Boss unlocks the level cap, so you can go back afterwards and level up more.
@Omnimon: which was pretty much the end. It also forced you to beat the game being low powered. Which I can understand the reasoning, but i didn;t like that either. I think I retried that last boss a billion times, using both luck and skill to finally beat him.

@DarkCat: My theory, is that it's a Romeo & Juliet storyline, where Noctis likes this chick & vice versa, but their family name & powers hate each other. Which could actually coincide with your storyline.
