@Bugoongu: read douglasjfresh' response. This is the main reason. It is a non-involving game, that you can play while trying to waste away the time waiting for something else (ie. doctor, bus, train, etc.). You don't have to worry about storyline or anything, just pick up and play then forget about it, until the next

@Jezuz: With the 3d Depth slider, you will just have to find that sweet setting that is comfortable for you.

@DoctorDynamite: with my experience with parallax barriers, it's a healthy medium of both.

I have a Fuji3D camera, which utilizes the parallax barrier for it's viewfinder. The sweet spot, at least for my Fuji camera is fairly wide (maybe about 10 degree buffer from the centre in my best guestimate). I have looked at my camera in rush hour on a bus, and I was fine. Though the one thing I did not put into the

Damn I'm well versed in subtractive colours, and not additive. For those that don't know the diff, Subtractive is CMYK (ink), while Additive is RGB (light, or television).

@Byakko: You are absolutely correct, but I think there might be some way of detecting even that. They do say, that nothing is unhackable, but it could be said the other way around, where what was unhackable, could be un-unhackable. It would really just be a constant battle.

@YourStarDoesNotMakeYouRight: yeah I hear that. Angry Birds on PSN is s'posed to be targeting people like me, who do not own a smartphone, or for those who do have one, and loved it, and must play it on everything (I'm imagining this is a small niche(i hope)).

@Tÿler: Even if that does happen, you will most likely not be able to connect to the PSN with your hacked PS3, due to being banned, forcing you to buy another PS3, for PSN and one to play PS2 games, when in reality, it would cost less to just buy a PS2.

@dash.galaxy: The game is just a timewaster, which is why people love it. It's non-involving, and when you have a bit of extra time (ie bus trip, plane trip, waiting at the doctor's office) you want to waste, this game is perfect.

Quick 'Chop!

Most likely playing, "Nurse the Hangover: Zombie Edition" or "World of Porcelain God III: Worship of the Cyclone Pit".

@Rokeden: most of the users of Kotaku, are into 'core games as opposed to Avatar communities like SL, Sims or Home. So as most people would do, bash what they don't like to make themselves feel superior.

@Diamond Sea: or rolling in his grave, that his theorem's are used to P-P-P-Poker Face.

@xoda000: After your comment, I went over to Giant Bomb to take a peek. Game looks wicked! I stopped watching after the first stack, and did not want to watch anymore, and now am awaiting the release.

@zenneth: Troll logic. It apperently knows how a controller feels, and how responsive it is, from pics.
