Lack of consent and lack of enthusiasm are different things. I suppose they are not entirely orthogonal concepts, but they are not two points on a continuum.

That is because clearly unenthusiastic sex is not rape. Rape is sex without consent, or with someone incapable of consent. Consent and a lack of enthusiasm are not mutually exclusive.
