In Michigan you can form a trust to hold your house and transfer that trust upon death. You do have to do that a head of time though.  Do they have something similar in your state?

Same. I’ve only used the quick charger when travelling and I really need a quick charge. I wouldn’t say this is a big issue. My Anker charger charges my phone just as fast as before Android Pie.  

Got Pixel XL at launch. I’ve had the update on my Pixel XL for 2 weeks. It hasn’t been buggy for me. I charge my Pixel XL most of the time with an Anker 2port 24w with Power IQ charger or Anker portable battery charger. Charges pretty fast. FWIW, fast charging is good for the short term benefit of getting a charge sooner. It also beats the hell out of your battery, which sucks when you can’t replace them easily.

In my experience, body wash lasts me longer than a bar of soap. Body wash lets you put a set amount of soap, while bar soap constantly supplies more soap as you scrub. Plus I like not having soap scum all over my shower.
